For over 40 years, the Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce has collaborated with the Oak Lawn Fire Department, on the production of the Fire Safety Coloring Book, the primary tool used to educate children about the dangers of fire and the importance of escape procedures and fire safety.  The Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce & Fire Department distributes nearly 4,000 to every 1^st through 4^th grade student in Oak Lawn during the month of October highlighting Fire Prevention Week.  Members enjoy discounted pricing on advertising in this informative and fun book.

Member in Spotlight is a  program designed to put YOU in the spotlight, this program allows information about your business, upcoming events, specials, and more to be sent to 800+ registered email subscribers. Your email can include logo, photos, even links to your website! These blasts go out each Monday and spots are reserved in advance and taken on a first come, first-served basis. The cost to participate is $30 a week.

The Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce publishes a yearly Membership Directory listing their members who have renewed in both alphabetical and categorical listings.  The Directory also includes information on the Village of Oak Lawn’s services and government.  Members can purchase advertising space at a discounted price in the directory.  The Directory is distributed to Chamber Members, public use organizations and at community events.

The Chamber office is located in the Oak Lawn Metra Station.  As a member, you can provide brochures/info about your business inside the station. The Metra station has hundreds of commuters each day.  This is free to all members.

Advertise in the Metra Patriot station 24/7/365.  Quarterly ads $75 for members.

All members are listed for free on our website. You can post videos, pictures and even blog! If you don’t know how to use any of these free marketing tools, contact the Chamber Office for a tutorial.
